Inference and downloads
Local models run on your device. Initial model downloads require a network connection. Choosing a cloud provider sends the input for that request to that provider.
Tools and other agents
A local model can still call a connected tool or exchange data with another agent. Inspect tool permissions, provider settings, and destination services for the workflow you run.
Identity and access
The repository documents OpenTDF encryption, attribute-based release policies, and DID:key identity. These controls need the corresponding service and policy configuration.
Current limits
Hardware-bound key storage and verifiable remote attestation are not yet implemented. Keys are stored on disk with filesystem permissions. The repository’s security status distinguishes these limits from shipping encryption and access controls.

Logs, storage, and telemetry
Review the selected release and configuration before using sensitive data. This website does not make a blanket no-telemetry or no-network guarantee for every Edge tool, provider, or deployment.

Developer libraries and future products
VRMMetalKit is a rendering library. The application integrating it determines its broader storage, network, and data practices.
Arkavo Agent is in development. Its release documentation will need to describe its implemented data boundaries.
